PS1 emulator for Windows. It includes all the plugins and the BIOS (Japanese BIOS, PAL BIOS, and NTSC BIOS is included). Just extract and run ePSXe.exe. You can put PSX discs in your CD drive, or run them from .ISO, .BIN, and .IMG.
Even use it as a music player if you want (don't know why you'd want to lol). It even manages your memory cards.
